Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Installation - 2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Speaker 1: Today on our 2012 Mercedes Sprinter 3500, we're going to be installing Roadmaster's rear anti-sway bar, part number RM-1209-131.This rear auxiliary sway bar is going to help prevent sway when going down the road. This is going to be particularly useful when driving in uneven terrain, while parking your RV, or inaudible 00:00:21 hitting any potholes, it'll help keep that body roll from going back and forth and bring it back to straight much quicker. It'll also help improve the handling and lower driver fatigue, as it won't be swerving back and forth as much on an uneven road. As you can see here, our auxiliary sway bar is considerably larger and more heavy duty than our factory sway bar.And while this sway bar doesn't replace your factory original, it works in conjunction with it, as it's installed on the other side of the axle. It features long-lasting polyurethane bushings. It comes with all the hardware you need to get it installed and there's only minimal drilling required. It's going to mount in front of your axle. more

Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Installation - 2014 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Speaker 1: Today on out 2014 Thor Citation, on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis we're gonna take a look at and show you how to install the Roadmaster, rear, anti sway bar. Part number RM-1209-131. The Roadmaster sway bar system is designed to give us a connection point from the axle, which is right here, to the frame of the vehicle, on both the drivers side, where we have here, and on our passenger side. This is designed to counteract each other. As the RV wants to roll, let's say to the drivers side, it presses down on this end link, as it presses down here, it pulls down on the other side. This is gonna help to eliminate that side to side roll. Now all vehicles are gonna come standard with a sway bar. more
